What cookies we use

Our aim is to keep this list as short as possible. We’ve deliberately chosen cookie-light tooling (Cloudflare Web Analytics, localStorage for theme preference) specifically to minimize what needs a consent banner at all.
Cookie consent banner
A consent notice is shown on your first visit, and your choice is remembered in your browser. Because we currently set no non-essential cookies at all, choosing “essential only” changes nothing about how the site behaves. The notice is there so that if any non-essential cookie is added in future (e.g. a different analytics tool, embedded video, or ad pixel), your existing preference is already on record and will be respected before that cookie is set, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR.
How to manage cookies yourself
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time:

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site functions.
Third-party cookies
If we ever embed third-party content (e.g. a booking widget, a video), that provider may set its own cookies, governed by their own policy. We’ll list any such tools here if/when they’re added.
