Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 August 2026
These terms govern the website design services offered by 100K Creator Ltd (Company No. 16275681, registered in England & Wales, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX) under the name “Small Business Websites by 100K Creator” (“we”, “us”). By booking our services, you (“client”, “you”) agree to these terms.
1. The service
We provide a fixed-scope website build: a 4–5 page, mobile-responsive website with a contact form, basic SEO setup, and 1–2 rounds of revisions, delivered within 5 business days of receiving your complete content (text and images) — see Section 4.
2. Price and payment
- Total price: £260 flat for the Launch Ready package, unless a different package (Get Found £370 / Full Setup £560) is agreed in writing.
- Payment structure: 50% (£130) due before work begins, 50% (£130) due before the site is made live.
- (Payment processor to be confirmed — Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer — update this section once decided.)
- Late payment of the second instalment may delay launch until payment is received.
3. Timeline
The 5-business-day timeline begins once we’ve received all necessary content from you (text, images, logo if applicable) and starts on the next full business day. Delays in providing content, or delays in your feedback during the revision stage, will extend the timeline accordingly — this is not treated as a missed deadline on our part.
4. Revisions
The service includes 1–2 rounds of revisions on the initial draft. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope (e.g. additional pages, a different structure than agreed, ongoing changes after launch) may be quoted separately.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete content in a timely manner, and to have the legal right to use any text, images, logos, or other material you supply to us. You’re responsible for reviewing the site before launch and confirming it’s accurate.
6. Ownership & intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the final website content and design as built for you. We retain ownership of our own internal tools, templates, and any reusable code/components not unique to your build, and may reuse general techniques and non-identifying design patterns in future projects.
7. Cancellation & refunds
- If you cancel before work begins, your deposit is refunded in full.
- If you cancel after work has begun but before launch, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers work already completed.
- If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline for reasons within our control, you may request a full refund of amounts paid.
8. Limitation of liability
We aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost business, lost profits) arising from use of the website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (e.g. for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
9. No outcome guarantee
We build the site to the agreed scope and to a professional standard. We don’t guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. a certain number of calls, bookings, or search rankings) — see our Disclaimer page for more detail.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Contact
Drafted with AI assistance as a starting point. Payment processor and refund window should be finalized, and this document reviewed by a solicitor before it governs real transactions.
